These layouts are provided as a guide only.
Homes are designed to sit 450mm above ground level on a suitable foundation.
There is no underfloor insulation included with the build – insulation can be added underneath by your builder once the home is in place.
Port-to-site delivery is included up to $1,500 NZD.
Māori In Business will contribute up to $1,500 NZD toward delivery from the New Zealand port (Auckland, Tauranga, Christchurch or Lyttelton) to the customer’s address.
Additional charges may occur due to:
• Distance from the port (rural or remote locations)
• Narrow or difficult access roads
• Steep driveways, soft ground, or limited turning space
• Restricted site access requiring specialised equipment (e.g. HIAB, swinglift, second truck)
• Any additional handling or access delays on delivery day
If the final delivery cost exceeds $1,500 NZD, the customer is responsible for paying the amount above $1,500.
Final delivery pricing will be confirmed prior to transport being booked. Any additional delivery amount must be paid in full before delivery proceeds.
Māori In Business Ltd supplies off-grid expandable homes as completed imported units.
Our role is to supply the home only. We do not install, anchor, or construct homes on-site.
All site preparation, foundations, anchoring, cladding, and setup work are the sole responsibility of the customer. Māori In Business Ltd can offer general guidance but does not supervise or take liability for any work carried out after delivery.
Building consent and council approval requirements vary depending on location, intended use, and site conditions. Customers must confirm requirements with their local council before purchase and installation.
All work must comply with the New Zealand Building Code. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable code, standards, consent requirements, and local rules.
