How our process works: Māori In Business acts as an agent, helping you order your home directly from the supplier and guiding you through the shipping process.

Customers pay the supplier, freight, Customs GST, port fees, delivery, and insurance directly. These costs vary depending on your location and shipping conditions.

We coordinate the process, keep you updated, and make everything as simple as possible.

Some off‑grid systems (e.g., solar, wastewater) may also require separate compliance. Customers must confirm requirements with their local council prior to purchase and installation.

Electrical Certifications

All electrical work must be certified by a licensed New Zealand electrician before connection to power. This typically includes a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) and an Electrical Safety Certificate (ESC). Māori In Business Ltd does not provide electrical certification services.

Building Code Requirements
