40ft Expandable Home (2–3 bedrooms) From $18,880 NZD (base unit only) to around $44,000 NZD (standard estimate, no add‑ons)

Customer costs: Customers pay freight, Customs GST, port fees, delivery, and insurance directly. These vary depending on location and shipping conditions.

2️⃣ Water Supply – Household Tank & Pump A 25,000L Kiwi Tank is a reliable option for off‑grid living.

25,000L tank (incl. GST & delivery): approx. $3,400 Includes outlet fittings, lid, colour options, and nationwide delivery.
