 Important:

Electrical work must be certified by a licensed New Zealand electrician before connection to power. This typically includes a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) and Electrical Safety Certificate (ESC). Māori In Business Ltd does not provide electrical certification.

Building Consent & Compliance
Building consent and council approval requirements vary depending on intended use, site conditions, wind and seismic zone, foundation details, and local rules. Some off-grid systems (e.g., solar, wastewater) may also require separate compliance. Customers must confirm requirements with their local council prior to purchase and installation.

Electrical Certifications
Electrical work must be certified by a licensed New Zealand electrician before connection to power. This typically includes a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) and Electrical Safety Certificate (ESC). Māori In Business Ltd does not provide electrical certification services.

Building Code Requirements
All building work in New Zealand must comply with the New Zealand Building Code, even if a building consent is not required. Customers are responsible for ensuring applicable code compliance on their site.
